What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) of pieces (pcs) per product?

What Cargo Container sizes do we provide for container stuffing and international sea freight?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) per product ranges from only 50 pieces (pcs) up to 3,000 pieces (pcs) for an existing product with a mould already available.

We offer all available cargo container sizes, from a 20-foot General Purpose (GP) Container to a 40-foot High Cube (HC) Container.

Our customers most commonly use the 20 GP, 40 GP, and 40 HC container sizes for international sea freight.

The internal dimensions for each of the three main container sizes are provided below:

20 GP Container: Interior Dimensions (in feet): 19' 4” Long x 7' 9” Wide x 7' 10” High. Interior Dimensions (in meters): 5.898m long x 2.352m wide x 2.393m high.
40 GP Container: Interior Dimensions (in feet): 39' 6” Long x 7' 9” Wide x 7' 10” High. Interior Dimensions (in meters): 12.025m long x 2.352m wide x 2.393m high.

40 HC Container: Interior Dimensions (in feet): 39' 6” Long x 7' 9” Wide x 8' 10” High. Interior Dimensions (in meters): 12.025m long x 2.352m wide x 2.585m high.

How are pieces packed for international sea freight?

We are the largest exporter of storage solutions in China. This means we are experts in packaging, from container stuffing to specific merchandising point-of-sale (POS) labels and product boxes. We can facilitate all packaging solutions to fulfil our customer’s goals and final destination requirements for unloading the shipment.

Our customer’s container stuffing requirements for sea freight is typically slip sheets to optimise space and ship more significant volumes of product pieces. The push-pull slip sheet is a flat cardboard or plastic sheet for loading and unloading goods onto pallets.

The container stuffing options we can provide include all the following and more:

Cartons: Product pieces are packed in cardboard cartons (CTN) or clear pallet stretch wrap. The number of product pieces (pcs) packed in a single carton is shown in the product tables presented throughout this 2024 buying guide catalogue.
Half Cardboard & Straps: Product pieces are placed in a bag, then have top and bottom cardboard packaging fixed all together with straps
Clear Pallet film Wrap and single large Carton Cover: No cartons are used for a set of pieces; instead, all pieces are pallet wrapped together and covered with a single carton.

What Merchandising Point-Of-Sale (POS) label options are available for products?

We provide many options to fulfil our customer's goals and requirements for product labels and packaging of individual pieces. These options include the following:

Hang Tag: A small cardboard or plastic label that hangs from the product and gives information such as size, colour, material, price and chosen branding.
Hang Tag String Fastener: Made from plastic or plant fibres (such as cotton, flax, jute, or hemp) used to attach hang tags to product pieces.
Sticker Label: A piece of printed paper, plastic, vinyl, or other material with temporary or permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side.
Nylon Cable Ties: A narrow piece of plastic that can be pulled tight and fastened. They are used to attach multiple product pieces.
Shrink Wrapping: This involves wrapping the product in a plastic film that is then shrunk (e.g., heated) to form a tightly fitting package.
Merchandising Box: Made out of cardboard, it protects the product piece(s) and provides additional information about the product and chosen branding.
Pont-Of-Sale Box: made of cardboard, these boxes provide additional merchandising information about the product and the chosen branding to achieve sales in wholesalers’ and retailers ’ establishments.

What port does Freight, Insurance and Customs need to be organised?

All order quotations are FOB NINGBO PORT P. R CHINA. The customer must arrange sea freight, insurance and customs clearance for their chosen destination address.

What is the maximum number of product pieces you can pack in each container size?

The product tables present in our buying guide catalogues show the maximum number of product pieces we can pack in each container size.

What is the currency of quotations and future transactions?

All order quotations and transactions to be paid will be in USD.

Can a single container have multiple different product pieces packed and stuffed for shipping?

Yes, we can stuff as many different products as you would like in a single container. What is most important to us is the minimum order quantity per product.
